How can I return an order?


The return period is valid for 7 days after product delivery. Click here to return or read the full policy. Please remember, the products should be unused, unwashed and with their tags intact. They should be present in their original packaging. Also remember that we do not take return for a product that has already been exchanged once




How can I exchange a product?


The exchange period is valid for 15 days after product delivery. Click here to exchange or read the full policy. Please remember, a product exchanged once cannot be returned.




Why do you have no Cash On Delivery service available?


We have consciously not kept Cash on Delivery (COD) service for two primary reasons:

1. High Order Rejection Rate on COD orders in Indian ecommerce market

We are a brand whose entire focus is to pass on maximum value to our loving customers. For us to do that efficiently, it’s vital for us keep the operational costs at its bare minimum. In the current Indian ecommerce market, the rejection rate on COD orders is as high as upto 45%, which means that a brand has to pay shipment charges for an attempt to deliver & then return without making any money on that order. This impacts the operational efficiency and limits a brand’s ability to pass on benefits to their serious & loyal customers.

2. To build a community of trust

When you place a pre-paid order with us, it shows that you have trusted us over so many other brands to deliver a remarkably good product & service experience. This truly means a lot to us and makes us work harder to make you happier. We really wish to create a community of trust and work towards keeping our customers happy.




When will I receive my refund if I have returned my product?


Once your returns are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Due to bank policies, there is often some processing time of about 2-3 working days additional to the standard TAT before a refund is posted.




How does the return process work?


Your return request once submitted successfully will be queued up. The products will be picked up via our courier partners within 2-5 working days. Please note that the courier service provider is required to check the product for verification. If all verification requirements are met, the product will be taken for return. The verification process includes checking of tags, packaging, checking for use and damage. Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your returns are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.




How can I cancel my order?


Just in case you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, you can do so by raising a cancelletion request. We can cancel your order till the time products have not been dispatched from our warehouse. Click here to cancel order or read the full policy.




What is the impact of Covid-19 on my orders?


We're now open! According to new govt. guidelines, we're now shipping all products to all zones. Delivery to containment areas is still restricted. While our 'standard free shipping' mode takes 3-5 days or less for delivery currently it may take 3-7 days or more for some orders depending on the availabilty of our delivery channel partners. Any return/exchange request of the orders delivered on/after 1st March 2020 - 31st May 2020 can be processed now. The return/exchange window for these orders has been extended to 15th June 2020.
