We have an easy 7-day return policy, with 100% refund in the case of returns. The return window starts from the day your package was delivered. The apparel should be in a resalable condition with its tags and packaging intact. It should not be used, damaged or washed. Keep your order number handy!

Return & Refund Policy
  • Returns are accepted for any reason, but please give us a brief explanation as to why you'd like to return the item so that we can continue striving to be better.

  • We do not take return for a product that has already been exchanged once.

  • To initiate a Return, fill the above form and submit. In case you find any difficulty, you can also write to us at connect@theperfectblack.in 

  • Your request once submitted successfully will be queued up. The products will be picked up via our courier partners within 2-5 working days.

  • Please note that the courier service provider is required to check the product for verification. If all verification requirements are met, the product will be taken for return. The verification process includes checking of tags, packaging, checking for use and damage.

  • Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Once your returns are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.

  • Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again for deposits from Citrus Payment Solutions Private Limited. Due to bank policies, there is often some processing time of about 2-3 working days before a refund is posted.
