We have an easy 15-day exchange policy. The exchange window starts from the day your package was delivered. The apparel should be in a resalable condition with its tags and packaging intact. It should not be used, damaged or washed. Keep your order number handy! Please remember that a product once exchanged cannot be returned back.

Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are accepted for any reason but please select the appropriate reason for exchange

  • We do not take return for a product that has already been exchanged once.

  • To initiate a Exchange, fill the above form and submit. In case you find any difficulty, you can also write to us at connect@theperfectblack.in 

  • Your request once submitted successfully will be queued up. The products will be picked up via our courier partners within 2-5 working days.

  • Please note that the courier service provider is required to check the product for verification. If all verification requirements are met, the product will be taken back for exchange. The verification process includes checking of tags, packaging, checking for use and damage.

  • Once your exchange item is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item for exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

  • Once your exchange is approved, then your exchange order will be shipped.

  • Any exchange item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
